Pool pass distribution rules

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN POOL PASSES:
1. Homeowners must be paid up-to-date on all monthly maintenance fees, including late fees and fines.
2. Current (within the last two years) proof of dryer vent inspections and or fireplace inspections on
file with Executive Property Management.
3. Current copy of homeowners census form on file with Executive Property Management.
4. Current copy of lease, if you have a tenant.
5. Bring your 2017 resident pool passes for 2018 validation.
6. Lost or missing passes will be replaced at the cost of $5.00 each.
7. If you are a NEW RESIDENT, you must have PROOF OF RESIDENCY.
